Beautiful hotel building, less than beautiful experience.

The facilities were nice enough and it is a really beautiful building in amongst some very forgettable ones. The staff don’t seem to be that happy there, there’s also clearly a lack of trust in the guest taking care of the room. This is present in the way the hotel takes a 30 dollar deposit for the keycard. They check you haven’t nicked off with the remote before you’re allowed to leave. All these measures make for a less than seamless and friendly atmosphere and experience. A shame because the hotel itself is rather lovely. East switch ups for big gains True Siam. Wouldn’t stay again, Yet.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The team was very friendly and helpful.

Only one keycard was given per room. It was quite inconvenient. Actually, two keycards should be provided.

A good and beautiful hotel well located but !!!

We have been staying in this hotel for 6 to 8 days twice a year for 10 years and the staff is always so pleasant and professional. The rooms and facilities as well as the breakfast are pleasant

On the other hand, the facilities and the cleanliness of the rooms are gradually deteriorating each year. And this is not the fault of the staff but a certain commercial negligence of this establishment.

Not worth the price.

Beautiful wood exterior hotel conveniently located very close to large mall and train station. Hotel was clean and staff appropriately polite.

1000baht key deposit EVEN THOUGH I prepaid my room for 3 nights in advance. The 1000baht had to be in cash. Seems a little silly for a key deposit 1000baht is about $40. $40 for 1 key card? Most hotels provide 2 keys (2 adults) and take a credit card hold for incidentals. I'm sure I've never been charged for a missing $2 key card. I asked for a 2nd card for my adult son and was advised that would require another $500baht deposit ($20). You've got to be kidding. Other beef...we accidently soiled the top cover sheet with chocolate. Bed was made 2nd day...nobody changed sheet. No free breakfast means despite great location I'd recommend our other hotel with free breakfast Compact S33.

Wonderful

This hotel is really beautiful, an unexpected surprise on a quiet street. In a great location, not far from BTS, shops and restaurants.

We were not able to pay for late check out as the hotel was fully booked the next night.

Excellent and will return to the same hotel

The hotel staff found us cheap taxi to travel, and were very helpful, despite whether day or night. The staffs even recommended and helped me to find the shortest itenary with max sight seeing benwfits, so that I could see a lot of touristic sites during my evening free times. English was never a problem.

perfect place. Not far from the subway. Beautiful buffet and amazingly friendly people. Bed linen and towels are changed every day. Great rooftop pool.

Free tuk tuk service to take you to the station. Excellent service from all the staff who were always very helpful and courteous. A very good breakfast buffet. Comfortable bed. Location is close to travel system so makes a good base for sightseeing.

Small hotel in a quiet area but still convenient for sightseeing.

Spacious, quiet room, comfortable bed, large shower. Great location: lots of shopping and restaurants around, easy to get to tourist areas. A short walk to the King Power Rangnam Duty Free center (worth a visit) so if your taxi driver doesn't know the hotel, he will know King Power and can drop you there. The hotel faces an alley that looks dodgy at night, but we had no problems. If you don't want to use the hotel laundry, there are other laundry services up the street. Good travel agent around the corner. Good breakfast with western and Eastern food. Lunch is good, too. Spacious, quiet dining area. Often when you leave a hotel room all power goes off. Same here, but the fridge stays on so you have cold water when you return. Elevators are small but quick and quiet.

Pillows were hard and the only spare available was softer, but not really soft enough. No hot water in bathroom sink. Restaurant closes at 2:30, so if it is pouring rain and you want dinner, you have to get wet. Thin walls. Safe did not work and staff was unable to fix it. Fast WiFi but you get dropped to a slower router randomly.

Very traditional hotel. Great breakfast. Great rooftop pool. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff Good location

Construction noise all day. Room next to lift which has a bell sound every time used for each floor. Very annoying over night. Also dog barks a lot during night So basically noise issues

Good location. Value for money

Staff at reception had little knowledge of the local area and Sight seeing in Bangkok. We’re slow to respond to guests. Only map provided was mostly in mandarin, especially symbols, so not easy to follow. Restaurant not open in the evening
